AGARTALA: Tripura Sports Journalists’ Club for the first time has organised a workshop on Sports Journalism on the day of World Sports Journalist Day (July 2, 2025) at Agartala Press Club in collaboration with Information & Cultural Affairs Dept, Government of Tripura.
The workshop was inaugurated by Chief Minister of Tripura, Dr. Manik Saha, along with Sports Minister Mr. Tinku Roy along with other dignitaries. The workshop was conducted by resource person, Mr. Gautam Bhattacharya, an eminent sports journalist.
The workshop was attended by over 50 sports journalists from all over the state.
Earlier, President of Sports Journalists’ Federation of India and Tripura Sports Journalists’ Club, Mr. Saraju Chakraborty, received the CM and delivered the welcome address.
